Redmi announced new entry-level earbuds with long-lasting 38 hours of battery life

Redmi has introduced a new affordable earbuds into its audio portfolio – the Redmi Buds 6 Lite. The company’s latest offering comes with impressive features including active noise cancellation support, 12.4mm drivers, up to 38 hours of battery life, and much more. Here’s everything you should know about the Redmi Buds 6 Lite. 

Redmi Buds 6 Lite features an in-ear design with removable silicon tips. Xiaomi said the Buds 6 Lite’s in-ear design is optimized for maximum comfort. The case also comes with an oval-shaped compact lightweight design, making it easy to carry on the go. The case has a physical button for seamless pairing.

The Redmi Buds 6 Lite boasts a 12.4mm dynamic sound driver, aiming to offer a crystal-clear listening experience with powerful bass and crisp treble. Xiaomi incorporated a decent active noise cancellation in the Buds 6 Lite, which cancels out up to 40dB of background noise, offering an immersive listening experience even in noisy environments. It also ships with a call noise cancellation ensuring a crystal-clear calling experience on the go. 

There is EQ adjustment support, allowing you to further tweak the sound to your liking. The Buds 6 Lite offers up to 7 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 38 hours of total playtime with the charging case. It also has fast charging support, which can provide up to 2 hours of playback time with just 10 minutes of charge. 

The Redmi Buds 6 Lite is priced at £15 and is now available in European markets through Xiaomi’s official website and other authorized retailers. It comes in Black, Blue, and White color options.
