Explore the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic: A Smart Health Upgrade
ŌURA has introduced its most visually distinct collection yet with the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, pairing its core health-tracking technology with a new material and palette. The company is also rolling out a Charging Case, multi-ring support, and a Health Panels feature that adds lab-grade blood testing to the Oura App. Together, these updates expand what members can do with their devices, both on their fingers and in their health data.
A Modern Take on the Smart Ring
The Oura Ring 4 Ceramic brings a new aesthetic to the company’s smart ring lineup. Made from high-performance zirconia ceramic, it combines durability with a smooth, lustrous finish that retains its color permanently, as the pigment is inherent to the material itself rather than a coating. The design keeps the same dimensions as the standard Ring 4 (7.9mm wide and just over 3.5mm thick) while weighing between 5.1 and 8.1 grams depending on ring size.
Available in Tide, Cloud, Petal, and Midnight, the Ceramic Collection offers a more personal approach for those who see their Oura as both a wellness device and a piece of jewelry. The new lineup is priced at $499 USD (€549 / £499 / $799 AUD) and available globally . Membership plans remain $5.99/month or $69.99/year, with support for sizes 4 through 15.
The ceramic edition tracks over 50 health metrics using the same Smart Sensing technology as the titanium Ring 4, monitoring sleep, stress, readiness, heart health, metabolic performance, and more. iOS users will have access to multi-ring support starting October 1, allowing them to switch between different Oura Ring 4 styles seamlessly; Android users will follow on October 20.
Designed for Daily Wear
The zirconia ceramic finish resists fading and corrosion, though ŌURA recommends removing it during weightlifting or similar activities where it could contact metal. A Ceramic Polishing Pad is included for maintaining its sheen, light marks from softer metals can be buffed away within seconds.
Charging, Simplified
For those who travel frequently or simply prefer fewer cables, ŌURA is introducing the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case. The aluminum case provides up to five full charges for an Oura Ring and itself recharges in about 90 minutes via USB-C. An LED indicator displays both the ring and case battery levels, while a silicone insert protects the ring from dust and splash damage.

Each charging case corresponds to a specific ring size and supports both the standard and ceramic versions. Priced at $99 USD (€109 / £99), it’s available in the U.S. now and will reach additional markets in the months ahead.
Smarter Health Tracking With Health Panels
The most medically integrated addition is Health Panels, a new program that lets U.S. members schedule bloodwork directly from the Oura App in partnership with Quest Diagnostics. For $99, members can access a comprehensive panel of 50 cardiometabolic markers, including metrics tied to heart, blood sugar, liver, and kidney health.
Results appear inside the Oura App, where members can compare biomarkers against their existing Oura data and receive personalized insights from Oura Advisor. The feature is HSA/FSA eligible and limited to members aged 18–64 in participating states (excluding Arizona, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island).
Sustainability and Ecosystem Updates
ŌURA is launching a device recycling program to give members an easy way to return older rings responsibly when upgrading or replacing devices. The company’s expanding ecosystem, spanning multiple ring finishes, accessories, and data services, reflects its shift toward long-term, user-centered wellness tracking.
