Microsoft Teams will bring walkie-talkie functionality to iPhones
Apple iPhones will soon be able to access walkie-talkie functionality through Microsoft’s Teams app, set to be rolled out in May as per the development roadmap. Leveraging Apple’s Push-to-Talk framework, this feature will allow seamless communication within Teams.
This integration will provide users with instant and secure voice communication, with the added convenience of background operation. The walkie-talkie feature will function even when the app is not actively in use, allowing users to communicate efficiently and effortlessly.
